Production and ad hoc designs where the client guides us and participates in the final design, which is free of charge for our clients.
We estimate an economic saving on the cost of the mould and also a considerable time saving in production, reducing the overall timing by 50%.
Minimum production and mould amortisation significantly lower than in Europe.
02. MOULDS
1. Creative Design:
In collaboration with the client's marketing team we will create a creative infographic.
Once the design is approved, we proceed to create an industrial mould, approval of the digital 3D design and physical sample produced on PC. All the costs indicated will be reduced from the final price when the order is placed.
2. 3D Design:
Design and cost shared by both parties: design has a minimum cost of 100 euros.
3. PC sample processing and DHL shipment:
Cost of 500 euros shared between both parties.
4. Final mould:
The cost of the mould will be free of charge for orders equivalent to orders over approximately 20000 units (equivalent to a 40' container).
04. LOGISTICS
Quotations FOB Qingdao or DDP Europe.
Customised packaging, palletising structure etc.
We provide with each shipment: laboratory test with migration result suitable for food use in the EU.
All shipments will be quality controlled by SGS prior to shipment.
